We make your process idea tangible in 3 days.
No more theoretical concepts. We develop an interactive prototype for you on real hardware. This allows your employees to test it before the expensive IT implementation begins.
First prototype ready in 72 hours
Are you familiar with the “expensive dead end”?
You are planning a process change or new logistics software. Everything looks logical on paper. But often the rude awakening comes only after the expensive implementation:
- The solution is too cumbersome in practice.
- The employees do not accept the new management.
- The IT partner misunderstood the requirements.
The risk: Sie investieren fünf- oder sechsstellige Summen in eine Lösung, die am Ende nicht genutzt wird.
Our Solution
Safety through simulation.
We take a different approach. Before we write specifications, we recreate reality. With our rapid prototyping, we create a functioning interface for your planned process in the shortest possible time.
No PowerPoint slides
We test directly on your target hardware (e.g., MDE scanners, tablets).
Immediate experience
Your employees hold the device in their hands and see exactly what the dialogue will look like later.
Genuine interaction
Buttons work, input fields respond, the process is noticeable.
Three steps to certainty.
We don't promise miracles, but we do promise speed. Our approach is iterative:
1. The first “touch” (days 1-3)
We analyze your desired process (“happy path”) and build the first prototype. After no more than 3 days, you will have a device in your hands that runs the basic process.
2. Reality-Check
We go to the warehouse. Your employees test the prototype. Here, the following immediately becomes apparent: Is the relevant information visible? Is the sequence logical? Is a step missing?
3. Fine-tuning & Specification
Based on the feedback, we continue to develop the prototype until it fits perfectly. The result is no longer a vague description, but a validated template for your system suppliers.
Your benefits
Three reasons for prototyping
Guaranteed user acceptance
Your employees are the biggest factor in your success. If they can operate the device during the planning phase and provide feedback, acceptance later on is virtually guaranteed. We turn those affected into participants.
The “specification sheet for attack”
A traditional requirements specification leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Our demo does not. You show your software service provider exactly: “This is how it should look. This is how it should behave.” This eliminates misunderstandings, avoids dead ends, and significantly reduces development costs.
Independence
We don't sell you WMS or ERP. We take a neutral look at what you really need. If the test shows that the idea won't work, you'll know early on—and you'll have invested only a fraction of the cost.
What we simulate – and what we don't.
What you get
An interactive Android or web-based application installed on your preferred hardware. Your real data (e.g., item information and storage locations) is used in the simulation to create a realistic feel.
What it is not
It is not a finished software with a database connection to your ERP. It is a tool for validating workflows (UI/UX) and process logic.

Manges Consulting Services
Marc Grosse
"We entrusted Michael Manges with the sub-project management of a complex logistics project in the Electronics/High-Tech sector. With his structured approach, Michael guided us through challenging project phases and was a crucial factor in the project's success. His technical expertise and project management skills were particularly decisive. Thank You, Michael!"
Edoardo Bradaschia
"I found in Michael great experience in Logistics: phisical, conceptual and IT flows.
Very good approach and mindset: analytical, on the field, practical"
Luca Marini
"I shared with Michael the design, planning and start-up phase of the logistics area of a green field glass manufacturing plant (internal/external layouts definition, automated warehousing for both finished goods and components, yard mgmt, etc) being also active part of the tendering phase mgmt.
He is very professional, with an extensive knowledge of logistics. Always focused on achieving goals on time in full, respecting budget constraints and looking for world class solutions to implement."
